Results You Can MeasureLeadership Design is able to provide organizations with a 360-degree assessment program. We conduct this assessment with a group of core management personnel at the beginning stages of the training. Each manager is evaluated by a minimum of five people: the participant, their supervisor, a direct report and 2 peers. There are 10 skill dimensions evaluated:
We confidentially compile the results, synthesize the numbers and provide a report indicating the current skill level of each dimension. This is then compared with the participant’s personal rating. This comprehensive report is provided to the participants and key company leaders. After the twelve months of training has been completed, the process is repeated. While we cannot share the actual results due to client confidentiality, we can report that we see an average increase of 19-36% in the overall skills of the managers involved. Every company that has been involved in this process reported great improvement in all aspects of their management team’s performance. Training CertificationLeadership Design offers a training certification course to many companies who have participated in the Bulletproof Manager series. Typically these companies designate a key group of participants who attend our public or private training sessions. These individuals then receive certification (usually a 4-5 day process) to become facilitators for this curriculum in their own organizations. Using the videos, participant guides and facilitation support, these trained facilitators are able to reach large numbers of managers and individuals over a longer period of time.
