William "Woody" Norris

Woody Norris is President and co-founder of New Leadership Design, LLC. Leadership Design is a leadership and management development company focused on improving organizational performance.

With over 27 years experience in executive management and leadership consulting, his area of expertise is teaching managers and supervisors how to manage by addressing specific people skills needed including motivating, making good hiring decisions, time management, negotiation, customer service, communication skills, listening skills, strategic planning and development

Woody previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Courtroom Sciences, the nation’s leading litigation consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as President of CROSSMARK, a $22 billion international sales and marketing company.  Developing relationships with U.S. business leaders and organizations, he provided strategic direction and process consultation to increase effectiveness by building the skills and behaviors necessary to achieve a higher degree of leadership and organizational results

Mark Woeppel

Mark Woeppel is a master of positive transformation of organizations, with a history of successful business transformations.  He is a recognized expert in the Theory of Constraints, teaching hundreds of executives around the world.   He has consulted with a wide variety of fortune 500 and smaller organizations.

He is an internationally known author, speaker and lecturer on the topics of Continuous Improvement, Synchronous Flow Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Organizational Measurement, and Project Management.  He is the author of The Manufacturer’s Guide to Implementing the Theory of Constraints, published by APICS/St. Lucie Press, and Projects in Less Time, published by Booksurge, in English, Spanish, Lithuanian and Japanese.

Notable speaking venues are: Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, American Production & Inventory Control Society, and Institute for Management Accounting.

His industry experience includes the Graphic Arts, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Products, Automotive, Oilfield Equipment, Electronics, and Steel Fabrication, Subsea Oilfield Development, Project Management, and Semiconductor product development. 

Mark Goode

Mark Goode brings to Leadership Design over 30 years of leadership expertise in business as well as faith-based organizations.  

Previously, he owned and operated Goode-Taylor Honda, Pontiac-GMC-Jeep in Dallas and was Managing Partner of Freeman Honda-Pontiac-Jeep-GMC-Hyundai. He has been involved in every facet of automotive retail including managing finances, project development, overseeing dealership operations, as well as training and encouraging employee motivation.

Mark has been recognized for his work locally and nationally with dealership awards including Pontiac-GMC Masters Dealer of Distinction, and the Pontiac-GMC National Fleet Sales Recognition Award.  He was elected as Chairman of the Board of the New Car Dealer Association of Metropolitan Dallas and twice as Chairman of the Dallas Auto Show.   He has served on numerous Executive Committees in the industry, on Bank Boards, and in many areas of church leadership including 19 yrs as a Deacon, 8 yrs as Youth Choir Director, several pastor search teams. More recently, he has supplied a number of churches as Interim Worship Leader.

Baylor University recognized Mark with the Hankamer School of Business Outstanding Alumni Award in 1998 for the Business School’s 75th Anniversary. He has also completed an education program conducted by the Wharton School of Business.
