Leadership Development for Christian Ministries

The two most important things a leader can do is develop their leaders and cast the vision for the organization. The Kingdom Leadership program is designed for Christian Schools, Churches and other ministry organizations to build their leaders into all that God would do in their lives. We find that most ministry people are called to share the gospel, but are not equipped to manage the day to day leadership activities that large ministries demand.

Using time-tested principles from the Bullet Proof^® Manager Program, we apply the real leadership lessons to those situations that are unique to leading churches, para-church ministries, and schools. Drawing from the Word of God and expert managers, we help develop effective "people people" to satisfy the Great Commission.
